Stacey Stuart is a mixed media artist based in Stratford who studied Fine Arts at the University of Waterloo. Her most recent work is abstract, combining resin, gel medium and acrylic on canvas with bits and pieces from everyday life (paper, string, glass beads…). The resulting paintings glow with their beautiful colours and richly layered textures, evoking a sense of memory and human archaeology.
