Antonie Los – Sunday, August 16 @ 11am
Born in Holland in the aftermath of World War Two, Antonie Los moved to Canada with his family to start a new life in 1954. Attending H.B. Beal’s respected art program during the late 1960s – a particularly creative time in London, Ontario – encouraged Los to become a painter. His abstract paintings are built up through a meticulous process of painting and sanding, and reveal his interest in theology, philosophy and music.
